BASE was founded in London by a team that had spent a decade running offices for fast-growing companies — and watched the same problem repeat itself: brilliant teams losing weeks to broker emails, fit-out mishaps and 47 supplier invoices a month.
So we built the company we wished we'd hired. We take the brief, find the building, design the space, deliver the fit-out and run it on a license. One contact. One bill. The office becomes someone else's job — ours.
Today we operate thirty locations across London and act as the office partner of choice for the city's most ambitious teams — including ModelML, Encord, GoPuff and PerfectTed.

Michael Dean
Managing Director
Michael is the MD of BASE after finding, placing and managing offices for some of London's fastest-growing companies. He still walks every building, sits in on every brief, and personally signs off every fit-out.
Rebecca Honey
Head of Agent and Broker Relations
Rebecca runs every relationship with London's brokers and agents — making sure deals move quickly, terms stay clean, and the right buildings reach the right teams.
Phoebe Saunt
Head of Operations
Phoebe leads day-to-day operations across all thirty locations — from fit-out handover to the coffee machine working on a Monday morning. If something runs smoothly, it's because of her.
